Shenzhen Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital was formally established in February 2005. It is a unit directly affiliated to the Shenzhen Health and Family Planning Commission. Modern occupational disease prevention department, teaching and research public health institution.

The hospital also undertakes the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Commission's Shenzhen People's Livelihood Key Laboratory-a major occupational disease diagnosis and treatment technology laboratory construction project; the Shenzhen Chemical Poisoning Medical Treatment Base Remote Consultation Center Shenzhen Base and the Shenzhen Chemical Poisoning Control and Consultation Center have been established. Many experts in the hospital have been appointed as deputy directors and members of the relevant professional committees of the National Health Planning Commission and the General Administration of Safety Supervision, and participated in the preparation and revision of a number of national occupational disease prevention regulations and standards.
